Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all N by Nancy garment tags and liners are still securely attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
